铝热反应制备Al-Ti-C中间合金的研究

【摘要】 铝热反应是工业生产实践中制备Al Ti及Al Ti系中间合金的重要理论基础。本文利用X射线衍射相分析、扫描电镜(SEM )、能谱 (EDS)分析以及化学分析等方法对铝热反应法制备Al Ti C中间合金的过程进行了研究 ,结果表明反应初期非常剧烈 ,后期达到平衡。铝热反应由 3个具体的反应构成。反应初期 ,生成了TiAl3,并出现了TiC以及亚稳态的TiAl9相 ;反应后期TiAl9相消失 ,出现了少量Al4 C3 与TiAl3 和TiC同时存在。本文的研究结果对于进一步改进Al Ti C中间合金的生产工艺具有重要的指导意义

【Abstract】 Aluminothermal reaction is very important to produce Al Ti and Al Ti based master alloys.An investigation was carried out of the reaction among K 2TiF 6,graphite powder and aluminium melt.It was found that the reaction was very vigorous at the very beginning of the process and then get to a dynamic equilibrium.There were 3 concrete reactions during the aluminothermal reaction process.At the beginning stage of the reaction,there emerged the phases of TiC and one type of metastable intermetallic phase TiAl 9 as well as TiAl 3 in aluminium melt.At the later stage of the reaction,the metastable phase TiAl 9 resolved and emerged another phase Al 4C 3.
