【摘要】 冷轧丝杆所用 45钢 ,采用球化退火组织比正火组织轧制性能好 ,轧制件质量好 ,轧辊寿命长。试验表明 :要获得 45钢较好的球化退火组织 ,加热速度、奥氏体化温度、保温时间、冷却速度、等温温度等工艺参数 ,是影响球化质量的主要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 Spherical annealing structure of 45 steel used for cold rolled screw,compared with nomalizing,can improve the rolling performance,the rolling quality and the roller’s service life.Tests show:in order to obtain good spherical structure of 45 steel,the heating speed,austenitizing temperature,holding time,cooling speed etc,are main factors affecting the spheroidizing treatment quality.更多还原
