微量稀土元素和铬对渗硼层粘着磨损性能的影响
Effect of Micro-addition Rare Earth Elements and Chromium on Adhesion Behavior of Boronized Layer
【摘要】 研究了微量稀土元素和铬对Fe2 B单相渗硼层粘着磨损特性的影响。结果表明 ,稀土和铬元素的渗入可提高渗硼层的承载能力、耐磨性和减摩性。对磨损机理也进行了分析
【Abstract】 A study on the effect of micro addition rare earth elements and chromium on adhesion behavior of boronized layer,Fe 2B phase,has been made using an MM 200 wear tester.The results show that infiltrating rare earth elements and chromium in boronized layer can increase its bearing capacity,wear resistance and antifriction.On the other hand,the adhesion mechanism is analyzed.
