高碳非调质钢连续冷却时的珠光体型相变及力学性能
Pearlitic Transformation and Mechanical Properties of High Carbon Non Hardened tempered Steels in Continuous Cooling
【摘要】 对 3种不同含碳量 (0 6 4%、0 70 %、0 76 % )的高碳非调质钢在连续冷却条件下 ,过冷奥氏体发生珠光体型相变的规律及力学性能进行了试验研究。得出为了保证工件稳定、可靠地获得要求的珠光体型转变产物和力学性能 ,必须使冷却速度控制在1 0℃ /s≤V8/5≤ 10℃ /s范围。本文对影响珠光体型转变产物力学性能的因素及工件控制冷却的原理进行了讨论
【Abstract】 The mechanism of austenite pearlite transformation during continuous cooling and mechanical properties of three kind high carbon non hardened tempered steels(NHTS)containing 0 64%C、0 70%C and 0 76%C have been studied.The results showed that every effort should be made to control cooling rate 1 0℃/s≤V 8/5 ≤10 0℃/s in order to obtain stable and reliable mechanical properties and microstructures according to the technical requirements.The factors that effect mechanical properties of pearlitic transformation products and the principle of controlled cooling for NHTS parts are also discussed.
