常见形状零件气体渗碳过程计算机模拟软件的开发
Development of the Computer Simulating Software on Carburizing Process of Common Shape Parts
【摘要】 以软件工程学为指导 ,以有限差分法和有限元法为基础 ,开发了几种常见形状零件气体渗碳过程计算机模拟软件。该软件克服了一般气体渗碳模拟软件只能模拟一维无限大平板或无限长圆棒的缺陷 ,对平板、圆棒、内孔、矩形截面、内直角、外直角、球面、尖角等多种形状零件的渗碳过程均可进行模拟 ,模拟结果可用等浓度线、浓度云图等多种形式输出 ,形象直观 ,方便用户使用该软件进行渗碳工艺辅助设计 ,明显提高工作效率。
【Abstract】 Guided by software engineer and based on FDM and FEM,the computer simulating software has been developed on the carburizing process of common shape parts.This software can simulate the carburizing process of parts in planar,round stick,inner hole,rectangular section,inner rectangle,outer rectangle,sphere and acute angle shape,but other general simulating software could only simulate the parts in one dimension such as plane or long round stick.The results could be output in iso line,contour band,etc.It is useful for people to use this software to aided design caburizing process and enhance the efficiency.
