Q235钢氨气加二氧化碳气体氮碳共渗工艺的研究
Study on NH3 and CO2 Gas Nitrocarburizing Process of Q235 Steel
【摘要】 研究了Q2 35钢用NH3 +CO2 进行气体氮碳共渗工艺 ,找到了最佳工艺参数。同时与NH3 +CH3 OH气体氮碳共渗进行对比 ,表明NH3 +CO2 气体氮碳共渗比NH3 +CH3 OH气体氮碳共渗的渗层质量好。
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]This paper deals with the study on the NH 3 and CO 2 gas nitrocarburizing process of Q235 steel,and the best processing parameters are found out.It also shows that the quality of the NH 3 and CO 2 gas nitrocarburized layer is better than that of the NH 3 and CH 3OH gas nitrocarburized layer by contrasting their layers′properties.
