高碳高钒高速钢的高温硬度及热处理的研究
Research on Heat Treatment and Hot Hardness of High Speed Steel Containing High Carbon and High Vanadium
【摘要】 研究了高碳高钒高速钢的淬火、回火热处理及高温硬度。结果表明 ,其峰值硬度温度较常规高速钢低 1 5 0~ 2 5 0℃左右 ,随碳量增加 ,峰值硬度温度降低 ,相同碳量、钒量增加 ,峰值硬度温度升高。回火后的硬度变化和常规高速钢呈相同的趋势 ,二次硬化温度约在 5 5 0℃ ,但二次硬化的峰值硬度差较小 ,在二次硬化温度二次回火 ,二次硬化作用消失。随碳量、钒量增加 ,高温硬度增加。根据轧辊辊面硬度要求 ,高碳高钒高速钢的淬火温度为 95 0~ 1 1 0 0℃ ,回火温度为 5 30~ 5 5 0℃ ,一次回火即可。
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]This paper deals with the quenching,the tempering and the hot hardness of the high speed steel(HSS) containing high carbon and high vanadium.The results show that the temperature at which the peak hardness of the steel appears is about 150~250℃ lower than that of conventional HSS,and the temperature of peak hardness decreases with the carbon content increasing,and at the same carbon content the temperature of peak hardness increases with the vanadium content increasing.The Hardness variation after tempering has the same trend with the conventional HSS.The second hardening temperature is about 550℃,but the variation of second hardening peak hardness is smaller.When the second tempering occurs at the second hardening temperature,the effects of the second hardening disappear.The hot hardness increases with crabon and vanadium content increasing.According to the requirement of hardness on roller surface,the quenching temperature of HSS containing high carbon and high vanadium is 950~1100℃,and the tempering temperature is 530~550℃,tempering treatment one time can meet the requirement.
