镀锌钢丝与锌基合金复合的界面特征
Interface Characteristic of Galvanized Steel Wires and Zinc-metrix Alloy
【摘要】 通过镀锌钢丝与锌基合金复合方法获得复合材料。借助金相、扫描电镜、显微硬度 ,分析了复合材料界面结构及力学性能。结果表明 ,6 80℃以下浇铸的复合材料界面过渡区为分层结构 ,结合强度较低 ;70 0℃浇铸的复合材料界面层组织细小、均匀 ,界面区显微硬度过渡连续 ,界面结合良好。
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]By means of metallography,scanning electronic microscope and microhardness,this paper analyzes the interface structure and properties of composites,which was made by uniting galvanized steel wires with zinc metrix alloy.The results showed that for the composites run under 680℃,its interface region presents as sandwich and interface bonding strength is rather low;for the composite run up to 700℃,it has fine and homogeneous interface structure,continuous microhardness of interface region,and high interface bonding strength.[HT5”H]
