55Cr5NiMoV钢接触疲劳性能研究
Study on the Contact Fatigue Property of Steel 55Cr5NiMoV
【摘要】 采用金相、SEM、TEM、XRD等手段 ,对不同热处理条件下的 5 5Cr5NiMo钢的接触疲劳性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,5 5Cr5NiMoV钢直接淬火 +回火热处理条件下材料的接触疲劳强度高于等温淬火 +回火者。 5 5Cr5NiMoV钢的淬火 +回火组织以位错马氏体为主 ,有少量的残留奥氏体 ;等温淬火 +回火组织主要为贝氏体。
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The contact fatigue property of steel 55Cr5NiMoV with two kinds of heat treatment has been studied by means of optical metallography,SEM,TEM and XRD.The results show that the contact fatigue property of the quenching and tempering is higher than that of the austempering and tempering.The microstructure of steel 55Cr5NiMoV with quenching and tempering is mainly dislocation martensite and the few amount of retained austenite.The microstructure of steel 55Cr5NiMoV with austempering and tempering is bainite.[HT5”H]
