稀土/钛变质贝氏体铸钢的高应力冲击磨损研究

【摘要】 研究了高硅贝氏体铸钢变质前后的高应力冲击磨损性能和失效机制。试验结果表明,变质处理后贝氏体铸钢的磨损性能明显提高,其磨损量约是变质前的1/2。这是因为稀土/钛变质剂能有效地改善铸钢的晶粒和组织粗大、成分偏析造成的组织不均匀等问题,使铸钢具有优良的耐磨性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the high stress impact wear resistance and mechanism for high Si bainitic cast steels before and after RE/Ti modification were studied.It was shown that the wear resistance of bainitic cast steel can be improved obviously after RE/Ti modification,and its wear loss is only about 1/2 compared with that of unmodified bainitic cast steel.It is owe to RE/Ti modification that effectively refine B/M duplex structure and decrease dendrite segregation.
