【摘要】 1996～ 1998年测定江苏、湖北、浙江、安徽、陕西、黑龙江部分地区油菜菌核病菌对多菌灵的抗药性。在被测的 1890份样本中已有 746株产生抗药性 ,抗药性菌株检出率达 39.5 % ,表明油菜菌核病菌已在江苏、湖北、安徽省部分地区内对多菌灵产生抗药性 ,其中 1997年江苏通州某些田块的抗性比例达 10 0 %。离体和活体敏感性测定结果表明 ,抗性菌株均为高抗菌株 ,其 EC5 0 >10 0μg/ml、MIC>10 0 0μg/m l。 3年监测结果显示 ,油菜菌核病菌对多菌灵产生抗性的范围已逐年扩大 ,抗性比例升高。抗多菌灵菌株对苯菌灵、噻菌灵和甲基硫菌灵表现为正交互抗性 ,对乙霉威 (MDPC)表现为负交互抗性 ;三唑类和二甲酰亚胺类杀菌剂对多菌灵的抗性和敏感菌株均表现敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 1996～1998,the resistance of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum collected from some regions of Jiangsu,Hubei,Zhejiang,Shanxi,Anhui and Heilongjiang province to carbendazim(MBC)was monitored.Out of the total 1 890 tested isolates,746 isolates were MBC resistant with the proportion of 39 5%.Resistance to MBC had been found in the isolates from Jiangsu,Anhui and Hubei.In some plots of Tongzhou city of Jiangsu province,the resistant proportion even reached 100%.The sensitivity test in vivo and in vitro showed that the resistance was high with EC 50 >100 μg/ml and MIC>1 000 μg/ml.An increasing resistant proportion and a widening resistant range occured from 1996 to 1998.The MBC resistant isolates showed positive cross resistance to benomyl,thiabendazole,thiophanate methyl but negative cross resistance to MDPC.Both MBC resistant and MBC sensitive isolates were sensitive to dicarboxymide and triazole fungicides.更多还原
