小麦全蚀病菌的致病力及寄主范围测定

【摘要】 用从江苏省小麦全蚀病发生地区分离到的 13个代表性菌株 ,接种小麦、水稻、燕麦 ,对其进行致病力强弱测定 ,结果显示 :不同菌株的致病力和生活力存在差异 ,表明江苏省小麦全蚀病病菌存在致病力分化 ;供试菌株对不同寄主作物的致病力也不相同 ,播种后第 3 5d调查发现 ,参试菌株对小麦的致病力最强 ,对燕麦的致病力最弱 ,对水稻的致病力居中。由此确认江苏省小麦全蚀病病原菌为全蚀病菌小麦变种。通过接种鉴定 ,明确了病菌的寄主范围。

【Abstract】 Thirteen isolates of wheat take all pathogen from different disease areas of Jiangsu province were chosen to test their pathogenicity to wheat,rice and oat.It was showed that the pathogenicity and vitality were different among isolates.This indicated that pathogenicity differentiation existed among isolates of wheat take all in Jiangsu province.The isolates had the highest pathogenicities to wheat and the lowest to oat after seed sowing for 34 d.Thus ,it is concluded that the pathogen of wheat take all in Jiangsu province is Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici .The host range of pathogen was also tested.
