一种零极点配置自校正温度控制器的设计方法

【摘要】 根椐自适应控制理论在工业过程控制中的广泛的应用 ,结合计算机技术和现代控制理论 ,设计了一种零极点配置的自校正温度控制器 提出了温控对象的数学模型 ,给出了模型参数的辨识方法 ,零极点配置自校正温度控制器的设计方法 ,控制量的计算公式和仿真结果 .根据上述理论所设计的零极点配置自校正温度控制器已经用于某温度控制系统的产品 ,它的计算机模拟仿真的结果和实际应用表明 ,该控制器具有如下特点 :被控对象模型参数收敛快 ;对时变的温控对象始终具有满意的控制效果 ;控制精度高 (实际温度与设定的温度在± 1℃范围之内 ) 由于该控制器模型结构简单 ,控制精度高 ,所以可用于高性能的温度控制仪表

【Abstract】 According to adaptive control theory which is widely applied in the industry process control,the author designs a kind of temperature self turning controller based on pole zero placement by combining the technology of computer and the modern control theory .A mathematical model of temperature control system is put forward. The method of identification about the model coefficient ,the design method of temperature self turning controller based on pole zero placement, the calculating formula of controlling quantity and the simulating result are given. According to the above mentioned theory ,the designed self turning controller has been widely used in a series of products with a temperature control system. This kind of controller has the following characteristics: the controlled object coefficient showing restraint rapidly;the temperature self turning controller always having satisfactory effect on the object with time changing ; high controlling accuracy(error between practical temperature and designed temperature is within ±1℃) .Due to simplicity of this kind of controller’s model structure and its high controlling accuracy ,it can be applied in the high property temperature control instrument.
