【摘要】 通过对真空断路器动触头在合闸弹跳运动过程中的受力分析 ,建立了触头合闸弹跳运动时的动力学模型 ,得到断路器动触头在合闸时弹跳时间的有关计算公式 ,分析了动触头在合闸过程弹跳运动的主要影响因素以及缩短触头弹跳时间的方法 ,并利用分析结果对VG1型真空断路器进行了计算 最后通过实验对动触头在合闸时弹跳时间进行了测试 ,测试表明其与计算结果是一致的更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the power analysis of the vacuum circuit breaker in motion of switching on, the dynamic model of movement of the contact bounce is established and the calculation formulae for the time of the contact bounce is obtained. And then an analysis is given to the main factors which affect the movement of contact bounce and the method with which the time of contact bounce can be shortened . Finally , the time of the contact bounce of the VG1 type vacuum circuit breaker is calculated and tested.The test shows that the result is in accordance with the calculation.更多还原
