工业废水处理集散控制系统中的实时通信

【摘要】 集散控制是当前过程控制的发展趋势 ,笔者设计了一种由一台微机和多台 80 31单片机按支型网络构成的简易集散控制系统 (SDCS) ,它能较好地应用于工业废水处理等具有滞后作用的过程控制中 在集散控制系统中网络通信功能是其基本功能之一 ,也是其实现分布式控制的基础 根据 80 31单片机多机通信的特点设计了一种主从式串行异步通讯协议 ,并在此基础上 ,介绍了如何在Windows环境下设计和实现SDCS通讯软件的方法

【Abstract】 Distributed control system(DCS)is the trend of the current process control, so a simple DCS (SDCS) which consists of a host computer(IBM PC)and several secondary computers (8031 micro controller)is designed to apply to the automatic control of such slow processes with hysteresis as the control of industrial waste water disposal. In DCS, communications software is a basic element and the foundation of the realization of distributed control. So according to the asynchronous serial communication features of 8031 micro controller in multi controller system, a kind of master?? $slave asynchronous serial communication protocol is designed, and the design of the communications software of the SDCS in windows operation system is also introduced.
