【摘要】 通过对镇江市乡镇企业的调查、分析 ,从而提出了镇江市乡镇企业在新的发展时期存在的问题和对策。指出镇江市乡镇企业在发展中存在着产权不清晰、结构不合理、技术装备水平低、管理薄弱等问题。系统地分析了镇江市乡镇企业要能适应买方市场 ,增强自身的竞争能力 ,须从产权制度改革入手 ,根据每个企业的特点采用不同方式 ,朝着产权清晰、投资主体多元化方向发展 ;并抓好结构调整这项关键工作 ,指出结构调整要与国家产业政策、小城镇建设、农业产业化发展、第三产业发展相结合 ;技术创新是经济增长的主要推动力量 ,要从改进、引进、产学研结合推进乡镇企业技术进步 ;并指出要从抓好乡镇企业的科学管理中要效益更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analyzing the data of investigations, the problems in town owned enterprises in Zhenjiang during the new developing time are presented and the countermesures are put forward. The main problems involve undistinguishable ownership; unreasonable industrial construction; low technical equipment; poor management and so on. According to different conditions of different enterprises, we must be engaged in ownership system reformation first and gain competitive abilities in the buyer oriented market by clarifying ownership and diversifying investments. Adjusting industrial construction is a key task in the reformation, so it must be done along with the industrial policy enforcement; small town construction; development of agricultural industry and development of the tertiary industry. As technology innovation is the main impetus of economic increment, the technical level of town owned enterprises can be achieved through technology reforming; technology importing and the joint efforts of industries, universities and research institutes.Finally ,it is pointed out that efficiency should be obtained out of scientific management.更多还原
