磺化聚芳醚酮酮催化合成乙酸丁酯
The Synthesis of n-Butyl Acetate by the Sulfonated Polyaryl Ether Ketone Ketone Catalyst
【摘要】 以交联的聚芳醚酮酮和 φ =2 0 %的发烟硫酸合成了磺化聚芳醚酮酮树脂 ,并用于乙酸丁酯的催化合成。最佳条件 :酸醇摩尔比为 1∶1 .6,催化剂用量 (质量分数 ,w)为 4 .35% ,反应温度 1 1 5~ 1 2 0℃ ,反应时间为4h,酯化率达 87.5% ,催化剂易回收且可重复使用。
【Abstract】 The sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone ketone was synthesised by reaction of cross_linking poly aryl ether ketone ketone with 20% fuming sulpburic acid as sulfonating agent and used to catalyze the synthesis of n_butyl acetate. The optimal conditions of preparation were obtained: the molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1/1.6, the amount of catalyst was 4.35%,the amount of acetic acid.reaction temperature was 115~120 ℃,reaction time was 4 h. Yield of the easter was 87.5%. The catalyst could be reclaimed easily and used repeatedly.
