【摘要】 用保温模似法和附铸试样试验 ,研究了新型压块状钇基重稀土复合球化剂的球化处理工艺及其球化效果和抗球化衰退性。结果表明 ,压块状钇基重稀土复合球化剂与熔配式球化剂 ,按一定比率 (质量分数不超过50 % )混合使用 ,可以获得较好的球化处理效果。可以在质量要求高的中小截面重要球铁铸件上应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nodulizing effect and fading_resistant of spheroidal graphite of the chunky pressurized composite yttrium heavy rare_earth nodulizer have been studied in lab. The result shows that the mixture of chunky pressurized and melted nodulizer can get good nodulizing effect. The mixed nodulizer can be applied for the key middle and small section casts of ductile iron.更多还原
