【摘要】 用福尔马林、酚分别灭活的病原菌LK -4两种菌苗及粗脂多糖 (LPS)作为抗原 ,分别免疫注射翘嘴鳜 5周后 ,检测了受免和对照鱼体的血清凝集抗体效价 ,血液中白细胞的吞噬活性、杀菌活性 ,免疫血清对吞噬细胞活性的调理指数 ,并进行了人工攻毒试验。毒力攻击的结果表明 ,3组受免鱼中 ,以PKC组获得的免疫保护力最高 ,达 94 .4 % ;其次为LPS组 ,达 88.9% ;FKC组为 77.8% ,而对照组仅有 1 0 %的存活率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mandarinfish were immunized respectively by intraperito neal injection w ith three kinds of vaccines, FKC,PKC and LPS.The agglutinating antiboby titers o f serum,phagocytic activity and bactericidal activity of blood phagocytes in im munized and control fish were examined ,and the relative percent survival were d etected to measure the aquired immunity against the artificial challenge five we eks after immunization. The rusults showed a clear enhancement of agglutinating antibody titers,phagocytic activity and bactericidal activity in the immunized m andarinfish. Among three kind of vaccines, PKC and LPS are more effective than F KC. According to our observation ,the head_kidney of mandarinfish seemed to play a important role in prophylacting the disease, liver_kidney necrosis of mandari nfish.更多还原
