【摘要】 先后采用了再磨 -磁选 -浮选、再磨 -浮选、筛分 -浮选、再磨 -浮选 -磁选 4种选矿工艺流程 ,对用程潮铁精矿制取海绵铁原料进行了试验研究。结果表明 ,再磨 -浮选 -磁选流程结构简单 ,设备运转稳定 ,易操作 ,且能得到合格产品 ,可推荐作为半工业试验选矿工艺流程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological flowsheets of regrinding magnetic separation flotation,regrinding flotation,screening flotation and regrinding flotation magnetic separation were used in the experimental research of making Chengchao Iron Concentrate into raw material for sponge iron.The results show that the flowsheet of regrinding flotation magnetic separation has the advantages of simple structure,stable equipment operation and easy operation.In addition,it can produce qualified product,as a result,it is recommended as the technological flowsheet for the pilot test.更多还原
