【摘要】 首先阐述了产品数据管理的发展过程 ,然后提出采用数据仓库技术的产品数据管理支持决策 ,产品数据管理的产品配置管理可以产生各种材料清单 ,产品的材料清单不同 ,性能不同 ,加工方法不同 ,产品价格也不同 ,采用数据仓库技术可以对各种材料清单数据进行预综合处理 ,对材料清单进行比较 ,可以对市场进行调研和定位 ,并分析材料清单对下游生产制造所产生的影响 ,可以对系统设计方案进行选择 ,还可以利用多维立方体生成多维材料清单视图 ,将产品数据管理中的有关决策信息传送到企业资源规划系统中 ,并对产品开发的成本、利润、性能价格比进行计算 ,以便企业作出全面正确的决策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, development progress of PDM is explained at first. Then PDM support decision used Data Warehousing technology is pointed out. Product Configuration Management of PDM results in various Bill of Materials, And different BOM of product results in different performance, different process method and different BOM of product results in different performance,different process method and different price of product. Using DW technology can integrate and deal with BOM data beforehand. By Comparing with various BOM, we can investigate market and analyze its influence to downstrean product manufacture to choose plan of system design. We also can make multi-D view of BOM by multi-D cube to transport decision information of PDM to ERP system, then cost, profit and price performance ratio of product in ERP can be calculated so that enterprise can make overall and correct dicision.更多还原
