【Abstract】 The idea of collaborative modeling in workflow management is presented to promote professional modeling designers working together with experts in each domain to develop customized workflow control systems. A prototype software AWFlow is developed to verify its feasibility, where cards are introduced to represent visually the workflow process. A mixed control architecture supporting both the synchronous and asynchronous modes of collaboration is worked out that greatly enhances the flexibility of cooperation among participating members in the joint team.更多还原
