注塑模设计中分型线的自动确定
Automatic Determination of the Parting Line in Injection Mold Design
【摘要】 提出了一种自动确定塑件分型线的方法 .该方法首先根据模具的脱模方向、塑件的几何特性和拓扑关系 ,对塑件的所有非侧凹面进行分组 ,然后抽取不同面组的最大边环 ,得到两种候选分型线 ,最后采用优化目标函数计算各种分型线的评价因子 ,确定塑件的优选分型线 .实例测试表明 ,该方法具有较高的效率和实用性
【Abstract】 An approach to automatically determine the parting line for molded parts is presented. Given a parting direction of molded part, we first classify the orientation of all faces with respect to the parting direction, their geometric characteristics and topological relationships into three groups; Then the largest contour of each face group is set up and two candidate parting lines are determined; The optimal one is finally chosen by a set of evaluation criteria. Test results show that the proposed approach is effective and efficient in automatically determining the parting line of a molded part.
