面向通讯工程的网络服务质量监测和控制系统
QoS Measurement and Control System in Traffic Engineering
【摘要】 随着CERNET自身运行和管理工作不断走向正规化并开始与国际接轨,需要建立CERNET高速网络服务平台,提供服务质量控制和管理服务。本文提出了一个监测和控制CERNET主干网服务质量的实现方案,主要包括三个部分:服务质量监测与公开,基于MPLS的通讯服务质量控制,基于政策的计费系统。通过系统的实施,可以在CERNET主干网上建立Q-Bone,为高速网络应用提供服务质量的保证。
【Abstract】 With the internationalization and advancement of CERNET’s operation and management, it is necessary to create high-speed network service platform to provide QoS control and management. This paper puts forward a solution to realize the control and management function in backbone of CERNET The solution includes three parts: QoS measurement and data publication on Web, QoS control based on MPLS, and Policy-hased accounting. As a result of the application of the solution, we will be able to create Q-Bone in CERNET to provide guaranteed traffic service in high speed.
