【Abstract】 This article is aimed to construct a new type of search engine. In the construction of the search engine, a fuzzy method is used to collect and utilize the humans intelligence dynamically. During the process of users’ searching, this search engine can accumulate the experience and knowledge automatically, just as the human beings behavior.
