【Abstract】 This paper presents a system scheme for Urban Pipeline Network information System. Extended relation database is used to store and manage the attributes and graphic information of pipelines. Using quadtree and octree spatial index technique based on fixed-grids and class objects oriented, it is effective to carry out spatial querying and graphical object editing of a map.更多还原
