【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the design of an IP/ATM multiple sub-networks router.We elaborate its software architecture.We propose a new IP forwarding mechanism.the IP flow switch,and present adaptive incomplete cyclic service (AICs) algorithm of the router to alleviate the effect of burst traffic and guarantee the end-to-end QoS requiremeds of applications.The performance of the router using AICS is presented by computer emulation.更多还原
