【Abstract】 XTP is a kind of new light transport protocol. This paper examines how to define the congestion control of XTP, which is based on the rate control of XTP, the estimation of RTT and packet loss ratio by receiver. the "TCP friendly" formula of rate computation and the rate negotiation "using TCNTL packet.
