论高校院(系)领导班子的建后管理
On the Post-Establishing Management of the leading Body of the Department in Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 本文论述了加强高校院 (系 )领导班子建后管理的必要性 ,并就如何加强高校院 (系 )领导班子建后管理提出了具体对策
【Abstract】 This article discusses the necessity of the post- establishing management of the leading body of the departments in colleges and universities and suggests some preventive measures to strength this management.
