粘结NdFeB磁体用粘结剂的研究

【摘要】 研究了三种适合模压粘结NdFeB磁体的粘结剂的室温和高温特性 ,其中一种为GBM -H型 ,室温抗压强度为 180N/mm2 ,韧性也很好 ,可在 12 0℃以下温度使用 ,时效期超过 6个月 ,是一种适合规模生产粘结NdFeB磁体的粘结剂 ;另一种GBM M粘结剂的室温和 2 0 0℃温度下的抗压强度都为 2 30N/mm2 ,是一种耐温可达 2 0 0℃以上的粘结剂

【Abstract】 The characters of three kinds of binders for bonded NdFeB magnets are studied at room temperature and high temperature. The compression strength of GBMH type binder is 180N/mm2 at room temperature and it can be used below 120℃. Its aging period is over 6 months. GBMM type binder can be used above 200℃ temperature, and its compression strength is 230N/mm2 at room temperature and 200℃.
