高导磁纳米晶Fe73.5Cu1Nb2V1Si13.5B9合金的低频损耗行为

【摘要】 在 f=1 0 ~ 1 0 0 0Hz及Bm =0 1~ 1 0T的范围内 ,测量了具有高起始磁导率的纳米晶Fe73 5 Cu1Nb2 V1Si13 5 B9合金的总铁损。将总铁损分离为磁滞损耗、经典涡流损耗和过剩损耗之和 ,我们仔细地考查了每周低频损耗的非线性行为。根据损耗的统计理论 ,仔细地计算了每周过剩损耗。结果表明 ,这一理论能很好地描述低频损耗的非线性行为。

【Abstract】 In the ranges of f=10~1000Hz and Bm=0.1~1.0T, the total power loss has been measured for the nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb2V1Si13.5B9 alloy with high initial permeability. Decomposing the total loss into the sum of hysterisis loss, classical eddy current loss and excess loss, we have carefully examined the nonlinear behaviour of the low-frequency loss per cycle. According to the statistical theory of power loss, the excess loss per cycle has carefully been calculated. The results shown that the non-linear behaviour of low-frequency loss can well be described by this theory.
