【摘要】 在赛前大运动量训练状态下 ,对 30名有比赛任务的赛艇、皮划艇男女运动员进行SCL - 90身心应急反应测评与外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行测定 ,并与以同等运动量随队训练 32名男女运动员对照 ,结果发现 :(1)赛前训练组其SCL -90总分 ,阳性项目数和躯体焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、强迫等症状明显高于对照组 (p <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ;(2 )赛前训练组T淋巴细胞亚群中CD3,CD4 ,CD4 /CD8明显低于对照组 (p <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,CD8高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,这一细胞免疫功能低下主要影响因素可能是由于赛前训练中社会心理因素所致更多还原

【Abstract】 Tests were made in SCL-90 physical, mental emergency responses and T lymph cell sub-groups if 30 man and woman canoeists who were having a great deal if pre-competition fraining.Compared with 32 training companions having the same fraining companions having the same fraining ,these canoeists had higher SCL-90 scores, more positive items ,and showed more anxiety ,fear and depression( p <0.05～0.01).In addition, CD 2 , CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 in their T lymph cell sub-groups were lower ( p <0.05～0.01) and CD 8 were higher( p <0.01). The low immunity may result from soci-psychological factors in fraining.更多还原
