MPS型中速磨运行特性的模拟
THE SIMULATION OF OPERATION CHARACTERISTIC OF MIDDLE SPEED PULVERIZER Model MPS
【摘要】 根据MPS磨的工作机理，建立了表示其运行特性的数学模型。并以ZGM95G房为研究对象，进行了给煤量和入口风温改变的仿真试验，还对着火故障作了模拟。
【Abstract】 A mathematical model for MPS pulverizer is developed based on its operation behavior in this paper.The simu lation tests for one ZGM95G pulverizer are carried out,in which step changes for inlet coal flow rate and inlet air tempera ture are made. The condition in which the pulverizer is on fire is also simulated.
