提高渗碳钢多冲接触疲劳抗力的研究
Improvement of the Multiple Impact Contact Fatigue Resistance of Carburizing Steel
【摘要】 研究了渗碳钢 2 0CrMo表面滚压强化工艺 ,结果表明 ,钢渗碳、淬火、低温回火后进行滚压 ,具有高的多冲接触疲劳抗力 ,在一定深度范围内 ,多冲接触疲劳抗力随滚压层深的增加而提高
【Abstract】 The investigation of rolling strengthening on the surface of carburizing steel 20CrMo has been made. The results shown that the steel was rolled after carburizing, quenching and low tempering, has high multiple impact contact fatigue resistance. With the development of the depth of rolled layer, the multiple impact contact fatigue resistance will improve in a certain depth range of layer.
