低碳贝氏体钢形变奥氏体的连续冷却相变研究

【摘要】 以低碳MoNbV奥氏体钢为研究对象 ,在Formaster D全自动化仪上测量了过冷奥氏体CCT曲线 ;在Gleeble 150 0热模拟机上 ,利用热膨胀法制定了 80 0℃形变奥氏体的CCT曲线。采用光学显微镜、金属薄膜电子显微分析发现 ,添加合金元素、形变和冷却速度对低碳贝氏体钢显微组织均有很大的影响

【Abstract】 By the means of a combined method of dilatometry and Vickers hardness measurement,the continuous cooling transformation(CCT) diagrams of undeformed austenite was constructed on the Formaster—D automatic device, and CCT diagrams of compressive deformation(50%) austenite was established on the Gleeble 1500 thermomechanical simulator for the low carbon bainite steel at 800℃. It is showed that the adding alloy elements, the deformation and the cooling rate of this steel have remarkble effect on the texture and mechanical properties by the use of a OM and TEM.
