Al2O3-ZrO2复合纳米超微粉的制备及其特性研究
Preparation of Al2O3-ZrO2 Nano-powders and Characteristics of the Powders
【摘要】 以高纯铝屑和氯氧化锆为主要原料 ,用化学共沉淀—凝胶工艺分别制备出平均粒径约10nm的纯ZrO2 、Al2 O3 50ZrO2 、Al2 O3 2 0ZrO2 三种纳米超微粉 ,其中ZrO2 基本以t相结构存在。在不同温度煅烧后 ,纯ZrO2 粉粒迅速长大而转变为单斜相 ,Al2 O3 ZrO2 复合粉粒长大困难 ,并使ZrO2 仍主要以四方相存在 ,Al2 O3以非晶态存在。表明ZrO2 纳米粉粒以四方相在室温下稳定存在的原因是尺寸效应造成的。
【Abstract】 Using scrap aluminium and ZrOCl\-2·8H\-2O as raw materials,pure ZrO\-2,Al\-2O\-3\|50ZrO\-2 and Al\-2O\-3\|20ZrO\-2 nano\|powders with about 10nm in average diameter have been prepared by coprecipitation\|gel method.ZrO\-2 in the powders is basically t phase.After calcinating in range of 600~1200℃,pure ZrO\-2 particles quickly grow up and transform from t into m phase.However,Al\-2O\-3\|50ZrO\-2 composite powders are not liable to grow up,in which ZrO\-2 still exists as t phase.This result shows that ZrO\-2 nano\|particle can stably exist at t phase at room temperature because of the size effect.
