【摘要】 准确测算住宅业的规模是正确认识住宅业在国民经济中的地位和作用的前提。本论文从一个新的角度测算了住宅业的增加值 ,以及住宅业增加值占国内生产总值的比重。结合相关指标的分析 ,作者认为我国住宅业的发展水平已经超越了“经济增长点”的阶段 ,正处于从“经济增长点”向“支柱产业”过渡的后期阶段 ,从某种意义上说 ,我国住宅业已经进入了“支柱产业”的行列。在此基础上 ,论文提出了制定我国有中国特色的住宅业可持续发展战略的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to identify the status of housing industry in national economy ,first of all,we should measure its scale accurately.In this thesis,the added value of housing industry and its proportion in GDP are calculated from a new perspective.Connected with the analysis of relative indexes,the author holds such views as follows:Housing industry in China has surpassed the stage as the main point of economy growth.Now it is being in the transitional stage from the main point of economy growth to the pillar industry.In a sense,the housing industry has become one of pillar industries in our country.On such bases,the thesis provides several policies about the sustainable development of housing industry which have“the special features of China”.更多还原
