【Abstract】 The passing of Financial Servicse Modemization Act of 1999 by U.S Congress in NOv.1999 marked the Separtion of Financial Functions,which had been adopted in the U.S for nearly 70 years and had bcen spreaded to all over the world and had had a great influence on international financial pattem will finally come to an end.The thesis firstly makes a survey into the backgrounds both home and dbroad of the new round financial reform,ie,the passing of the Act by Congress.Then goes into the main contents of this financial reform.And finally makes an analysis into both the favourable positive effects and unfavourable negative impacts brought about by the passing and adoption of the New Act.On the basis of that,draws to the conclusion that we have more positive effects than negative impacts.更多还原
