【摘要】 目的　评价金属内支架在食管恶性狭窄治疗中的作用。方法　 2 5例病人 (男 2 1例、女 4例 ,年龄 46～ 6 8岁 )行进口食管自膨式金属内支架植入术 ,其中单纯恶性狭窄 2 2例、食管气管漏 2例、食管纵隔漏 1例 ,共植入支架 2 7枚。结果　植入术后狭窄明显改善 ,症状明显减轻 ,疗效满意 ;随访 2～ 18个月 ,支架保持开放、食管保持通畅。结论　金属内支架植入术是治疗食管恶性狭窄的有效的姑息性疗法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of selfexpanding metallic stent (SEMS) in the managment of malignant esophageal Strictures. Methods 25 cases (21 males and 4 females, aged 46-68 years) with malignant esophageal stritures were undergone SEMS implantation including 2 esophagotracheal fistula、1 esophagomediastinal leakage. Results The symptoms were markedly relieve in all the patients and the stents within esophagous pertainning the patency with follow up for 2～18 months. Conclusion SEMS implantation is a valuable treatment in the palliative management of malignant esophageal strictures.更多还原
