【摘要】 目的　探讨头颈部肿瘤选择性动脉内治疗技术及价值。方法　对 19例颅内外肿瘤进行了 2 2次选择性动脉栓塞或化疗 ,其中区域性化疗 13例次 ,血管内栓塞 12例。结果　所有病人治疗后症状均有不同程度的好转 ,且栓后肿瘤染色部分或全部消失、供血动脉闭塞 ;未出现严重并发症。再行病变切除时发现病变退缩、术中失血少 ,病理显示病灶及周边血管栓塞和血栓性脉管炎。结论　血管内介入治疗是头颈部肿瘤一种安全有效的辅助性疗法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect and evaluate the technique and clinical effects of endovascular treatment for the head and neck tumors. Methods After superselective catherterization by transcutaneous femoral arterial puncture, endovascular treatment was successfully performed in 19 patients (22 procedures) with head and neck tumors. The intraarterial embolization was performed in 12 cases, and chemotherapy in 13 cases. Results All of 19 cases showed improvement or remission in varying degrees after endovascular therapy. The tumor staining completely or partially disappeared with supplying arteries occlusion in all of 12 cases. Through intraarterial embolization no serious complications occurred together with shrinkage and leses blood loss during the surgical operation. Thrombi and thromboangiitis of tumor vessels were displayed by pathology. Conclusions Intraarterial embolization or/and with chemotherapy is an effective and safe supplementary therapeutic method for tumors of the head and neck.更多还原
