【摘要】 目的　探讨Amplater封闭器关闭动脉导管 (PDA)的临床效果。 方法　应用Amplater堵闭器共堵闭 6例PDA。PDA于肺动脉开口处的最窄直径 3～ 4.5cm(平均 3.7cm)。结果　均获成功。 3～ 6个月随访堵闭器无移位 ,无残余分流。结论　应用Amplater堵闭器关闭大、中型PDA效果良好 ,安全可靠 ,血管损伤小更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To appraise the clinical results of Amplatzer device in closure of PDA.Method We used Amplatzer divice in 6 cases, the diameters of narrowest part of PDA near the pulmonary artery were 3～4.5mm (average 3.7 mm). Results All of the patients were successful. Conclusions In moderate and large sized patent ductus, using Amplatzer device to close the patent ductus is reliable and safe, the damage of vascular endothelium is minimal. The cost is rather expansive and thus not extensively used.更多还原
