蝶窦气化程度与邻近结构相关程度的研究
STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PNEUMATIZATION OF SPHENOID SINUS AND ITS NEARBY STRUCTURES
【摘要】 目的 :探讨不同程度气化的蝶窦外侧壁与邻近结构的相关性 ,为鼻内窥镜蝶窦及其窦周手术提供解剖学资料。方法 :选用 15例成人头部标本 ,在横切面和冠状切面的断层标本上观察蝶窦外侧壁的邻近结构。结果 :蝶窦外侧壁上、中 1/ 3处壁前后径为 19.2 8± 8.9mm;蝶窦外侧壁段的颈内动脉长径为 11.0 0± 6.3mm;外侧壁段的视神经长径为 8.2 8± 4 .0 9mm。蝶窦外侧壁下 1/ 3处壁前后径为 14.75± 3.12 mm;外侧壁段的上颌神经长径为 8.3±3.2 4 mm。另对上述数据分别作直线相关分析 ,蝶窦外侧壁与颈内动脉、视神经、上颌神经的直线相关分析系数分别为 0 .94、0 .82、0 .66。结论 :颈内动脉、视神经、上颌神经蝶窦段的方位随着蝶窦外侧壁的变化而变化 ;了解它们的相对方位 ,对各年龄组和各种蝶窦气化类型病人的手术具有指导意义
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between pneumalization of sphenoid sinus and its nearby structure, provideing anatomy data for endoscopic surgery of sphenoid sinus and intraselaar. Methods: The lateral wall of the sphenoid sinus and its nearby structures were observed through the transverse section and coronal section with 15 human adult head specimens. Results: The length of posterior anterior lateral wall in the one third of superior middle of lateral wall of sphnoid sinus was 19.28±8.9 mm; the length of sphenoid sinus in internal carotid artery was 11.00±6.3 mm; the length of sphenoid sinus in the optic nerve was 8.28±4.09 mm. In the one third of inferior of lateral wall of sphenoid sinus, the length of sphenoid sinus in the maxillary nerve was 8.3±3.24 mm. Conclusion: The length of sphnoid sinus in the internal carotid artery, optic nerve, maxillary nerve are different with the lateral wall of sphnoid sinus. This paper serves as a guide for endoscopic surgery whether there are bulges in sphenoid cavity or not in the patients of various ages.
