【摘要】 目的：探讨我国农村儿童少年，尤其是朝鲜族儿童体型发育特点与规律。方法：应用Ｈｅａｔｈ－Ｃａｒｔｅｒ体型法，对延边地区农村７～１５岁汉族、朝鲜族儿童少年共３１１１人的体型发育进行了描述性比较分析。结果：汉族男孩在内因子、女孩在外因子、朝鲜族男、女孩在中因子方面各占优势；男孩大多属中、外胚层体型；两民族儿童在体型图上各有不同的分布规律。结论：汉族男孩体脂发育较好，女孩身材修长；朝鲜族儿童身材较矮但体格健壮；儿童少年的体型发育受多种因素的影响，并随年龄增长呈多变倾向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the rules and characteristics of somatotype growth of adolescents in rural area, particularly the Korean children. Methods: The somatotype growth of 3 111 Han and Korean adolescents in Yanbian rural area was compared and analyzed by Heath-Carter method. Results: The Han boys were superior in endomorphic espect, the Han girls were superior in ectomophic espect and the Korean adolescents were superior in mesomorphic espect, respectively. The majority of boys was in mesomorph and ectomorph. The endomorph increased and the mesomorph reduced gradually in girls with the increase of age. The 2 national adolescents had different speciality in the distribution of physical profile. Conclusion: The growth of body fat is fairly good in the Han boys, the girls have a slender figure, the Korean, children is shorter of stature, but they are more healthy and strong. Somatotype growth of adolecents is very different under the influence of many factors, and the tendency changes with the increase of age growth.更多还原
