自发性高血压大鼠弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元的变化

【摘要】 目的:为探讨弓状核与高血压的关系提供形态学基础。材料和方法:用免疫组织化学PAP法和图像分析技术对7只雌性自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和7只雌性正常血压大鼠(WKY)下丘脑弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元的形态、数目的灰度值进行了观察。结果:SHR鼠下丘脑弓核核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元较密集,以着色深的强阳性细胞为主;WKY鼠下丘脑弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元则较稀疏,以着色浅的弱阳性细胞为主。SHR鼠弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元灰度值低于WKY鼠(P<0.05),而阳性神经元数量高于WKY鼠(P<0.05)。结论:下丘脑弓状核β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性神经元对高血压的形成和调控可能有一定的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide morphological basis for investigating the relationship between the hy-pothalamic arcuate nucleus and the hypertension. Materials and Methods: The morphology, numbers and light values of β-endorphin-immunoreactive(β-END-ir) neurons of the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus in Wistar-kyoto rats(WKY) and spontaneously hypertensive rats (HSR) were observed with PAP immunohistochemical technique and image analyser. Results: The β-END-ir neurons of the hypothealamic arcuate nucleus in SHR were dense and were mainly darkly colured, nevertheless, those in WKY were thin and mainly lightly colured. The light values in SHR were lower than those in WKY(P<0. 05). The numbers of β-END-ir neurons in SHR were higher than those in WKY(P<0. 05). Conclusion; The β-END-ir neurons of the arcuate nucleus may has effects on the formation and regulation of the hypertension.
