【摘要】 目的：为拇指再造及断趾再植提供依据。方法：经组织学处理，在近侧、远侧横纹及二者中点处切片，在显微镜下观测。结果：根据屈肌腱和趾背腱膜的断面形态，分别分为８型和３型。屈肌腱截面面积的平均值从Ｉ到ＩＩ断面依次为 ８． １７ ｍｍ２、８． ５９ ｍｍ２、５． ５９ ｍｍ２。趾背腱膜厚度的平均值分别为 ０． ９２ ｍｍ、０． ８６ ｍｍ、０． ６５ ｍｍ。结论：拇指再造手术中，应注意不同断面屈肌腱及趾背腱膜形态及厚度的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 To provide anatomical knowledge for the reconstruction of thumb and replantation of severed toes. Metheds: The second toes were sectioned at the proximal, distal transversal stria and the middle of them, then studied under microscope. Results: The section of flexor tendon and digital aponeurosis might be divided into & types and 3 types respectively according to their morphology. The average sectional area of flexor tendon from I to IIwas 8. 17 mm, 8. 58 mm and 5. 59 mm respectively and the average thichness of dorsal digital aponearosis was 0. 92 mm, 0. 86 and 0. 65 mm respectively. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to the changes of morphology and thichness during the operation on the thumb and the second toe.更多还原
