【摘要】 目的：研究三叉神经节内降钙素基因相关肽（ｃａｌｃｉｔｏｎｉｎ ｇｅｎｅｒｅｌａｔｅｄ ｐｅｐｔｉｄｅ，ＣＧＲＰ）的分布及其在伤害性刺激条件下的变化。方法：将 １０％福尔马林 １５０～２００ ｕｌ注入 ８只 Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠面口部皮下，１／２、２、１２ ｈ取材，用 ＡＢＣ法行免疫组化染色，图像分析仪测量阳性细胞的积分光密度。结果：（１）ＣＧＲＰ阳性细胞以神经节的外周为著，多为中等细胞（８９％）。（２）染色深浅与细胞的大小无关。（３）面口部伤害性刺激条件下，节细胞内ＣＧＲＰ阳性产物的积分光密度在 Ｆ１／２ ｈ组较对照组下降（Ｐ＜０． ０５）；Ｆ２ｈ组较对照组升高（Ｐ＜０． ００１）；Ｆ１２ ｈ组较对照组无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：（１）福尔马林刺激后，三叉神经节细胞中ＣＧＲＰ的积分光密度发生时间相关性变化。（２）在三叉神经系统，ＣＧＲＰ参与伤害性刺激的传递。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the distribution of CGRP neurons in the rat trigeminal ganglion and changes of CGRP-like immunoreactivity responding to ora-facial noxious stiumulation. Methods: Using the immunohistochemistry ABC technique and computer assisted image processing system, the changes of CGRP-like immunoreactivity(CGRP-li) in rat trigeminal ganglion were investigated semi-quantatively at different points (1/2h ; 2h; 12h) after injection of 150-200 ul 10% formalin under ora-facial skin. Results: (1 ) In rat trigeminal ganglion, there were more CGRP neurons near periphery than central, and most (89% ) CGRP neurons were medium--sized. (2)The dinsity of CGRP immunoreactive staining in the trigeminal ganglion was not correlated with cell size. (3) The optid of CGRP-h in rat trigeminal ganglion after formalin injection was different depending on the time of animal surviving. F1/2h group was lower, F2h group higher than and F12h group similar to that of the control group.更多还原
