大鼠心脏腺苷预处理心肌组化和细胞化学变化
ALTERATION OF MYOCARDIAL ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY AND CYTOCHIMISTRY IN RATS BY ADENOSINE PRECONDITIONING
【摘要】 目的:应用图象分析和电镜细胞化学方法,观察大鼠心脏腺苷预处理心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶及Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase活性变化。方法:采用SD雄性大鼠32只分4组,即正常对照组(NC),缺血/再灌组(I/R),缺血预处理组,腺苷预处理组。用图象分析检测琥珀酸脱氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶和Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase 活性的变化;用电镜细胞化学方法检测Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase活性。结果:在缺血预处理组及腺苷预处理组琥珀酸脱氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶、Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase活性均高于 I/R组。结论:大鼠心脏腺苷预处理能提高心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase活性。
【Abstract】 Adenosine preconditioning was induced by adenine sulphate in rats to explore the alteration of myocardial enzymatic activity and structure. Thirty-two male SD rats, weighting 200-250 g, were divided into 4 group: normal control group (NC group) ; ischemic/reperfusion group (I/R group); classical ischemic preconditioning (IPC group) and adenine sulphate preconditioning (ASPC) group. The changes of myocardial enzymatic activity and structure were compared in different groups. The result showed the IPC group and ASPC group could enhance SDH, CCO and Ca2+ Mg2+-ATPase, the myocardial structures were well preserved. The data suggested that adenosine and ischemic preconditioning could enhance activity of myocardial enzymatic activity and preserve myocardial structure.
