川楝素引起的NG108-15细胞和SK-N-SH细胞形态学变化

【摘要】 实验观察了NG108-15和SK-N-SH细胞在含川楝素的培养基中产生的形态学变化。(1)光镜下发现,川楝素可以引起NG108-15细胞突起变短甚至消失、胞体变圆、细胞萎缩、失去贴壁能力出现飘浮,数量逐渐减少;在有血清培养的情况下,川楝素引起SK-N-SH细胞间界限不清,无血清时,细胞出现飘浮现象。(2)电镜观察显示,川楝素引起NG108-15细胞和SK-N-SH细胞的死亡,大多数具有坏死细胞的特征,仅个别细胞的死亡具有典型凋亡细胞的特征。

【Abstract】 Under incubation with toosendanin(TSN)-containing medium, light microscopy examination revealed that the bodies of NG108-15 cells were rounded and shrink, their processes shortened. And then float and death cells were occurred; For the SK-N-SH cells incubated with TSH, the instinct bounds among the cells in the serum-added medium, and float cells in the serum-deprived medium were found frequently. Transmission electromicroscopy observations showed that the toosendanin-induced death of cells. either NG108-15 or SK-N-SH cells, did not tisplay the characteristic features which appeared when cell apoptosis.
