【摘要】 目的　观察胶质细胞源性神经营养因子 (GDNF)在成年大鼠背根节中的分布。　方法　用 GDNF多克隆抗体免疫组织化学 ABC法及图像分析方法。　结果　 GDNF免疫反应主要存在于背根节的小神经细胞中 ,背根节的大神经细胞呈弱阳性反应 ,与背根节相连的感觉神经纤维呈免疫反应性。　结论　 GDNF在背根节感觉神经元和神经纤维中有一定量的分布。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ In order to investigate the localization of GDNF in the neurons of dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of adult rat. Methods\ ABC immunohistochemical staining technique and image analysis method were used in the present study. Results\ The positive GDNF immunoreactivity presented in the small B neurons of DRG,the large A neurons of DRG were also weakly stained.Furthermore,GDNF was found in the sensory nerve fibers of DRG. Conclusion\ The present results suggested that GDNF exists in the sensory neurons and nerve of DRG.更多还原
