【摘要】 目的:临床外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF),促进中厚皮片的供区创面愈合。方法:对34例(48处)临床切取中厚皮片的供皮区创面以东大制药公司的bFGF喷雾荆(商品名为贝复济),作自身随机对照的外用治疗和临床观察,用药创面使用的首次剂量为150u/cm~2,术后第3天始每天一次,疗程10～15天。结果:用药创面较对照创面平均提前愈合天数为2.8天(P<0.01),用药后患者全身及局部无不良反应。结论:贝复济可促进供皮区创面上皮生长,使用安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (bFGF) was applied for clincal use in order to acclerate the healing of secondary wounds caused by splint skin graft. Methods: A clinical randomized and self - controlled trial was designed ( n = 48) .The bFGF was applied for extral use with a dosage of 150u/cm2qd.The course of treatment was 10 to 15 days. Results:The treated wounds healed 2. 8 days in mean earlier than the contolled wounds without any local or general troubles.
